- 担当するお客様に足繁く通い、対話を通じてお客様の経営課題を深く理解する
- お客様を訪問する前に、市場分析およびお客様の経営課題についての分析は完了する
- お客様の真のニーズと要求事項に適した提案書を作りあげる
- サービス案件の入札・提案プロセスをリードし、関連部門へのタスク配分および進捗管理を行う
- 適性なコスト算出を行い、グローバル市場状況も踏まえた競争力ある価格提案を行う
- 必要に応じて関連部門と連携し、また現地調査が必要な場合は現場での測定・確認作業を実施して、供給範囲や仕様を明確化する

- Analyze and deeply understand customers’ pain points through frequent customers visit,
- Complete market analysis and customers’ pain points analysis before customers visit,
- Develop proposals which fit for customers’ true needs and requirements,
- Lead tendering and proposal offering process by properly distributing tasks and work packages to concerned parties,
- Prepare all costs properly and provide competitive price, considering global market price,
- Define technical solution together with concerned parties, and perform on-site investigation if needed; clarify scope and share of supply,
- Develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels,
