プリセールス担当として、営業チームやパートナー企業と連携し、技術的な側面から成約を支える重要な役割を担います。
- プリセールス・技術支援： 顧客やパートナーへの製品デモ（対面・オンライン）、PoC（概念実証）の実行・サポート。
- ソリューション設計： 顧客要件に基づいたシステムアーキテクチャ（ハードウェア、クラウド、インテグレーション）の設計・提案。
- パートナー連携： チャネルパートナーや販売店への技術トレーニング、および技術顧問としての関係構築。
- 案件推進： RFP（提案依頼書）への回答作成、技術的なクエリへの対応、パイプラインの進捗管理。

経験： 技術営業（セールスエンジニア、プリセールス、ソリューションエンジニア等）の実務経験（1〜5年程度）。
- 語学力： 日本語および英語がビジネスレベル（読み・書き・会話）であること。
- ITスキル： ネットワークの基礎知識（TCP/IP、IPベースのシステム構築など）。
- ソフトスキル： 高い組織管理能力、計画性、およびマルチタスク能力。
【望ましいスキル】
- ビデオ監視システム、物理セキュリティ、またはSaaS/クラウドプラットフォームの経験。
- パートナー企業や代理店を通じたビジネスモデルの理解。
- 最新のセキュリティ技術やクラウド技術に対する強い興味・関心。
