業務内容：
1. デジタル投資・施策を管理する仕組みづくり
-全社およびDXUにおけるデジタル施策を適切に管理する仕組みを企画・設計する
-これまでの検討結果や運用実績を踏まえながら、より効果的なポートフォリオ管理の仕組みを構築する。その際、必ずしも既存の検討フレームワークに縛られる必要はなく、社内外のベストプラクティスや過去実績で参考になるものがあれば、よりアウトカムにつながる形で柔軟に取り込み、設計する
-デジタル施策の企画段階から実行・運用までを一元的に見える化するダッシュボードや管理基盤の整備をリードする
-ビジネス要件、人員、予算、外部委託費、運用コストなどをデータの観点から横断的に把握できる仕組みを整備する
-ビジネス価値を基準に施策の優先順位を決定し、最適なリソース配分につなげる
2. 仕組みの運用・改善
-設計した管理基盤やダッシュボードを実装し、現場で活用・定着させる
-データや運用実績をもとに、継続的な改善サイクルを推進する
-投資対効果や施策の価値を評価する指標（KPI）を整備・改善する
-既存施策の価値やコストを可視化し、運用の効率化と成長投資の最大化を図る
-経営層や意思決定会議体へ進捗・成果を報告し、より良い投資判断を支援する
-ビジネス部門と連携し、事業ニーズを踏まえた優先順位付けと予算計画・実行管理を行う
3. 組織横断のリーダーシップ
-DXU内関連部門や研究・開発・営業のDX推進者、人事・財務担当者と連携し、全社戦略と各部門計画の整合を図る
-デジタル施策の投資・人員・リソースを全体最適の視点でマネジメントする
-内製化の推進を見据え、人件費を含めたトータルコストの可視化と最適化をリードする

Our DX initiatives are evolving from individual projects to a phase where transformation themes must be structured and executed from an enterprise-wide perspective, with continuous value creation.
To support this transition, we are seeking a Grade 6 DX Strategy Lead / DX Strategist who can not only design DX strategies but also lead execution in close collaboration with stakeholders and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Description of work :
1. Defining DX Themes and Team Direction
- Translate enterprise DX strategies and corporate policies into clear visions and objectives for assigned domains
- Structure DX challenges and initiatives using hypothesis-driven thinking
- Design mid-term roadmaps and KPIs aligned with business goals
2. Driving DX Initiatives and Delivering Results
- Lead DX initiatives end to end?from planning through execution and value realization
- Adjust plans and priorities flexibly in response to changes in internal and external conditions
- Promote business and operational transformation through effective use of data and digital technologies
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work collaboratively with business units, IT divisions, and external partners to advance DX initiatives
- Align diverse viewpoints and manage conflicting interests while driving progress
- Report to and provide recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders
4. Developing People and Organizational Capability
- Share personal skills and experience to support the growth of team members and stakeholders
- Provide feedback and guidance to help develop DX capabilities across the organization
- Contribute to expanding and strengthening Chugai’s DX talent base
Position Features:
Expected to serve as a DX leader who delivers results through collaborative efforts, contributing to meaningful transformation in the healthcare industry, rather than functioning solely as a strategist, and to progressively develop into a core DX contributor responsible for broader themes and domains.

・Practical experience in DX, digital strategy, or business transformation in a corporate or consulting environment (approx. 5+ years)
・Experience leading projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
・Proven ability to translate strategies or plans into concrete actions and measurable results
・Experience building consensus with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
・Experience using BI tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and value assessment.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
・Logical and structured thinking to identify issues and define effective solutions
・Strong execution capability to lead DX initiatives through completion and deliver outcomes
・Communication skills to positively engage and mobilize stakeholders under uncertainty
・Fundamental understanding of data and digital technologies applied to business transformation
・Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior management, including documentation and presentation skills
