【Position Overview】

As a rapidly growing multi-brand, omnichannel company, we transform traditional philosophies and artisanal culture into distinctive digital and physical brand experiences for a global audience. From e-commerce platforms to retail spaces, our work demands a high level of precision, cultural sensitivity, and uncompromising standards of creative execution.
We are currently seeking a highly hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can consistently deliver premium creative work for international markets.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Create campaign visuals across both digital and physical channels.
- Develop high-performing creative assets for paid advertising, e-commerce platforms, and brand launches.
- Create visual assets for websites, marketing materials, packaging, and branded merchandise.
- Design work that strengthens brand equity while adhering rigorously to established brand guidelines.
- Prepare clean, production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
- Support creative and art management, ensuring a high level of executional consistency and reproducibility across deliverables.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, helping elevate their quality of work and maintain high creative standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Retail.

Creative Division
- Team size: 11 members

【Work Style】
- Weekends and public holidays off, with 125 annual holidays.
- Average monthly overtime: ~10 hours.

- Primarily office‑based, enabling close teamwork and rapid development cycles.
【Employment Type】
Full‑time employee (Permanent)
Probation period: 6 months (no change in salary or benefits)
【Compensation】
Annual salary: ¥3.5M–¥8.0M
Monthly salary: ¥300,000–¥600,000 + bonuses
Salary determined based on experience and capability
Bonuses:General employees: 2 times/year
Comprehensive/managerial roles: 3 times/year
*available after the completion of the probationary period.
Salary increases: Conducted based on performance
【Work Location】
Harumi Triton Square X‑Building 22F, 1‑8‑10 Harumi, Chuo‑ku, Tokyo
Nearest station: Kachidoki (Toei Oedo Line)
【Working Hours】
Flextime System (8 hours actual work)
- Start time: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- End time: 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Core hours (mandatory working hours): 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Average overtime: ~10 hours/month
【Holidays & Leave】

Full two‑day weekends (Sat/Sun)

Christmas & Lunar New Year leave (3 days selectable between Dec–Feb)

【Required Qualifications】
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Language Requirements
- Intermediate-level Japanese proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with both international and Japan-based teams.
- Basic conversational English proficiency.
