Position Overview
As a Bar Manager Candidate, you will oversee daily operations while delivering memorable experiences to our international clientele.
You will play a key role in team leadership, service quality, and business growth.

- Deliver exceptional guest service and VIP hospitality
- Lead, train, and motivate bar and floor staff
- Manage daily operations and service standards
- Create staff schedules and support team development
- Coordinate promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives

求める人材:
◆◇◆ Requirements ◇◆◇
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, bars, restaurants, or hotels
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Bar manager experience is highly preferred
- Professional-level English communication skills
- Conversational Japanese required
- Fluent Japanese is a strong advantage
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

勤務時間・曜日:
Shift-based schedule between:
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break
- Two days off per week
