This role, based in Japan, will be focused on project management but will include the technical feasibility and EPC negotiation （identify suppliers and service providers, keep business intelligence of the market, organize tenders, negotiate contracts, coordinate implementation）. The type of projects planned are mainly energy storage greenfield in front of the meter and eventually large－scale energy storage behind the meter.
日本を拠点とするこの職務は、プロジェクト・マネジメントに重点を置くが、技術的なフィージビリティやEPC交渉（サプライヤーやサービス・プロバイダーの特定、市場のビジネス・インテリジェンスの維持、入札の組織化、契約交渉、実施の調整）も含まれる。計画されているプロジェクトの種類は、主にメーター前のエネルギー貯蔵グリーンフィールドと、最終的にはメーター後の大規模エネルギー貯蔵である。 開発初期段階（コンセプト、フィージビリティスタディ）から試運転後（オペレーション）まで、入札管理、NTPから試運転までのEPCのコーディネーションなど、技術的なプロジェクトマネジメントができる方を求めています。

[Requirements]
－ 15＋ years energy industry experience
－ Minimum 5 years of experience in electric engineering, grid operation at medium voltage or high voltage level, batteries, thermal power plants, energy storage, and or solar ＋ storage development in the context of engineering, estimation, construction, development, or project management
－ Experience in thermal power plants or storage industry construction and operating contracts, construction, operations/asset management, project design/development, module/inverter technology or energy storage technology and implementation
－ Familiarity with energy industry technology （grid, thermal power plants, batteries, inverters, the balance of system components, etc.）
－ Experience in managing projects and being part of a collaborative project team
－ Comfort with interpreting, analyzing, and synthesizing data in Microsoft Office Suite and presenting findings internally and externally
－ Work within expected deadlines, while being adaptive to changing scope or stakeholders needs and requirements
－ 15年以上のエネルギー業界経験
－ エンジニアリング、見積もり、建設、開発、プロジェクト管理などにおける電気工学、中電圧または高電圧レベルでの系統運用、バッテリー、火力発電所、エネルギー貯蔵、またはソーラー＋貯蔵開発の経験（最低5年以上
－ 火力発電所または蓄電産業の建設および運営契約、建設、運営/資産管理、プロジェクト設計/開発、モジュール/インバータ技術またはエネルギー貯蔵技術および実装の経験
－ エネルギー産業技術に精通していること（グリッド、火力発電所、バッテリー、インバーター、バランスシステムコンポーネントなど）
－ プロジェクトを管理し、協力的なプロジェクトチームの一員としての経験
－ マイクロソフト・オフィス・スイートでデータを解釈、分析、統合し、その結果を社内外に発表することに抵抗がないこと
－ スコープや利害関係者のニーズや要件の変化に適応しながら、予定された期限内に業務を遂行できること
