【About the project】
This is a large, long‑term, stable account relationship for a large global non-life insurer operating in Japan where teams work on business‑critical insurance systems across Auto, Property, Travel, Claims, and Commercial lines.
You’ll be part of large transformation and modernization programs, not just maintenance—covering digital platforms, core insurance systems, data, integration, and regulatory initiatives.
The account offers strong domain exposure, modern technology, and direct interaction with Japanese and global stakeholders.

・ TCS provides application maintenance and support services for 200+ applications for Generate Insurance customer.
・ 200+ resources are currently enagaged from offshore and onsite locations for delivering the business projects and Japan Transformation programs.
・ Annually 60+ projects with contract value of 25M USD are being executed which covers Regulatory, Business Growth, Complaince,Technology upgrade and IT modernization programs

【Responsibilities】
1.Communicate and manager senior stakeholders.
2. Maintain integrated program plans aligned with customer objectives and mandates. Track progress, budgets, and resource utilization against approved baselines.
3. Manage project level risks, issues, and dependencies with formal escalation protocols. Prepare structured reports for steering committees and other stakeholders.
4.Identify requirements and request resources from Business & IT Team, and other suppliers to complete projects with dependencies.
Create and maintain detailed Project Plan (Work Breakdown Structure) for the project and submit to Customer on weekly basis for review.
5.Support Customer approval processes for project related requests and deliverables. Support project estimation in collaboration with Customer as requested. Manage the project in accordance with the approved Project management methodology and framework, including communication plans and Project governance, including specified quality, time, and budget constraints.
6. Track Project progress and publish periodic status reports.
Develop, maintain, update, and implement the project documentation repository in accordance with Customer’s requirements.
Manage and perform appropriate stakeholder management and communication activities for the project.
1.Senior IT Manager with deep expertise in maintaining the General insurance applications PAS, Claims, Operations and DWH
2. Need to have understanding about project budgeting ,contract and other financial aspects.
3. To Govern and report the program status to key stakeholders
