製品設計エンジニア(Product Engineer)として,スマ-トフォン,タブレット,AR／VR機器向けの基板対基板(BTB)コネクタの新製品設計•開発を担当していただきます。
勤務地は**神奈川県横浜市(みなとみらい)**で,製品コンセプト立案から量産立ち上げまで,製品ライフサイクル全体に携わるポジションです。
本ポジションは,組織再編に伴う体制強化を目的とした採用です。
Our Team
配属先はMSBU エンジニアリング1 グル-プ1です。本部門は,主にモバイル市場向けのBtBコネクタの設計•開発を担っています。
Engineering 1全体で約26名が在籍(日本•中国に設計拠点あり)
配属チ-ムは4名体制で,20代~40代のエンジニアが活躍中
中国,韓国,インドの設計チ-ムとも連携するグロ-バルな開発環境
海外顧客とのオンラインミ-ティングや海外出張の機会あり
What You Will Do
• CADおよびFEAを用いた,プロジェクト計画に基づく製品コンセプトの立案•検討
• 製造•信頼性部門と連携した最適なコネクタの設計• 図面作成
- 試作品の製品評価結果に基づく課題抽出,量産化に向けた設計改善
- 国内外の量産工場における製品立ち上げ支援
Who You Are - Basic Qualifications
• 電気•電子部品メ-カ-での製品開発経験 3年以上
CADソフトの指定なし(社内ではNXを使用)
日本語:ネイティブレベル,またはJLPT N2相当(非ネイティブの場合)
英語:初級ビジネスレベル~ビジネスレベル
