This is an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Bridge Leader experienced in working with Japanese clients or Japan-based projects. Play a key role in bridging communication between the customer and offshore teams, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project delivery.

Work closely with customers at their site and effectively coordinate with both customers and Quest Global teams.

Collaborate with customers to understand and capture their requirements, pain points, and challenges related to software systems.

Lead and drive the offshore/nearshore development team to ensure effective execution of project activities.

Act as a key interface between the customer and development teams, ensuring effective communication, timely issue resolution, and successful project execution.

Lead onsite project management and ensure smooth project execution.

Act as the primary interface for customer communication and coordination.

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and opportunities for improving their software systems.

Work closely with offshore/nearshore teams to communicate requirements, resolve technical and functional issues, and ensure delivery within schedule and quality expectations.

In order to reach office from Sendai main station take subway to Izumi-Chūō station(blue line) and then take the office bus available from Izumi Chuo station. The journey takes around 1 hour from Sendai station. From Izumi Chuo station the bus journey takes around 40min (max)depending on the traffic.
