オペレーショナル・リスクは、全ての企業が潜在的に抱える幅広いリスクであり、その影響度の大きさや近年の環境変化を背景に、リスク管理の観点から重要性が一層高まっており、当社ではその高度化を推進しています。
リスク・マネジメント部門では、株主リターンの向上、資本利益率の最大化を図りながら、十分な資本を維持するため、シニア・マネジメントにリスクの観点から助言を行うという、戦略的に重要な役割を担っています。その中でオペレーショナル・リスク管理チームは、リスクを把握し、評価し、モニタリングし、報告するための管理枠組みを構築しています。この管理枠組みに従って活動し、リスク削減に貢献することが求められます。
Operational risk refers to a wide range of potential risks faced by all organizations. Due to its significant impact and recent changes in the business environment, the importance of operational risk management has increased, and our firm is actively promoting the sophistication of these risk management practices.
The Risk Management Department plays a strategically important role by advising senior management from a risk perspective, to maintain sufficient capital while improving shareholder returns and maximizing the return on capital. Within the Risk Management Department, the Operational Risk Management team has developed a management framework to identify, assess, monitor, and report risks. Team members are expected to contribute to risk reduction in accordance with the risk management framework.
Responsibilities：
- 当社のあらゆる業務に内在するオペレーショナル・リスクを管理するため、グローバルに統一された枠組みを活用し、さまざまなビジネス部門と連携しながら、リスク評価や管理体制の高度化を推進しています。（例：オペレーショナル・リスク事象の原因分析および再発防止策の評価、リスクとコントロールの自己評価(RCSA)を通じたリスク評価のレビューや改善策の提案、など）
- 海外のメンバーとの議論や情報共有、国内の関連部署との調整・連絡業務も行います。
- To manage operational risks across the firm, the team works closely with various business units to enhance risk assessment and management systems by utilizing a globally consistent framework. Responsibilities include analyzing operational risk events and their causes, assessing measures to prevent recurrence, and reviewing risk assessments and proposing improvements through Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
- In addition to discussing and sharing information with overseas members, the team will also liaise and coordinate with relevant domestic departments.
