9．Renewal of the Contract:
Contract renewals are considered annually through review, with the possibility of extension up to a
maximum of March 31, 2028

Annual Salary System
Salary will be determined in accordance with the regulations of Hokkaido University.
12. Working Hours:
Discretionary Labor System for Professional Work or Fixed Working Hour System based on agreement

The work hours per day are deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes
13. Holidays:
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays provided for in the National Holidays Act, period between
December 29 and January 3 of the following year and other days determined by the University.
