業務内容
1. 特定の治療領域・疾患領域および製品に関する専門知識を有し、クライアントのClinical Research Physicians（CRP）およびサイエンティストと連携・協働しながら、ブランド戦略およびメディカルコミュニケーション計画に沿ったメディカルコンテンツを作成する。メディカルアフェアーズにおける各種資材・施策について十分な理解を有すること。対象には、論文用スライドセット、競合情報スライドセット、MSL向けスライドデッキ、疾患啓発用スライドデッキ、標準回答用質問票、医療従事者（HCP）からの質問に回答するためのCFAQ文書、教育資材などを含むが、これらに限らない。
2. 複雑なデータ、研究結果および科学的情報を解釈・分析し、異なる対象者やチャネルに応じて、明確、簡潔かつ正確な資材を作成する。
3. 業務範囲を理解するために事前準備を行ったうえでキックオフコールに参加する。会議議事録およびスケジュールをプロジェクトオーナーに明確に共有する。エディター、グラフィックデザイナー、PMCおよびMCAチームに対して具体的な指示を行い、明確な期待値を設定する。プロジェクトを円滑に進めるため、各チームからのコメントや懸念事項に速やかに対応する。
4. 適切な参考文献の引用およびスタイルガイドへの準拠を確保し、高品質なコンテンツを納品する。
5. 複数のプロジェクトを管理しながら、タスクの優先順位を効果的に設定し、変更事項や期待事項についてすべてのステークホルダーに主体的に共有する。プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体で使用されるツール、ソフトウェアおよびプロセスについて継続的に把握する。
6. ツール、ソフトウェアおよびプロセスの変更に対してオープンかつ柔軟に対応する。新たなガイドライン、研究結果またはフィードバックに応じてライティング方法を調整し、変化するプロジェクト要件にも柔軟に対応する。
7. チームメンバーを指導・支援し、迅速なオンボーディングプロセスを促進する。
必要なスキル・経験
1. パブリケーションライティングの経験を有し、評価の高い学術誌に複数の論文を執筆・掲載した実績があること。コンテンツ戦略および実行。
2. 治療領域に関する専門知識。
3. Microsoft Office、GraphPad Prism、Veeva Vault MedCommsおよびAEMに精通していること。
4. 戦略的かつクリエイティブな思考力。
5. CRS、CRPおよびMSLとの協働経験。
6. プロジェクトマネジメント。
7. 効果的なコミュニケーション能力。
8. ジュニアライターのトレーニングおよびメンタリング経験。
9. 日本に居住し、日本での就労資格を有するネイティブ日本語話者であることが望ましい。

Japanese Medical Writer Lead
Roles:
-
Subject matter expertise with specific therapeutic areas/disease states and products to partner and collaborate with Client Clinical Research Physicians and Scientists to develop medical content that is aligned with the brand strategy and medical communications plan. Strong understanding of the Medical Affairs tactic types which includes but not limited to manuscript slide sets, competitive intelligence slide sets, MSL slide decks, disease state education decks, standard response questionnaires, CFAQ documents to answer HCP questions, and Educational Materials etc.

Interpret and analyze complex data, research findings and scientific information to create clear, concise, and accurate tactics for different audiences and channels.

Attend the kick-off call with advance preparedness to understand the scope of work. Communicate the minutes of the meeting and timelines clearly to the Project Owners. Provide explicit guidance and set clear expectations for the editors, graphic designers, PMC, and MCA team. Address their comments and concerns promptly to ensure smooth progress of the project.

Ensure the delivery of quality content with appropriate reference citations and style guide alignment.

Effectively prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects and proactively communicate any changes or expectations to all stakeholders. Maintain familiarity with the tools, software, and processes utilized throughout the project lifecycle.

Be open-minded and adaptable to changes in tools, software, and processes. Adjust writing practices in response to new guidelines, research findings, or feedback, and remain flexible in managing evolving project requirements.

Mentor team members and facilitate their quick onboarding process.
