Why Join Us?
Build a School, Not Just Teach in One
This is a new high school scheduled to open in April 2027. Rather than stepping into an established system, you will have the opportunity to help shape the culture, programs, and student experience from the ground up.
Help Create a New Model of International Education in Japan
Our goal is not simply to prepare students for overseas universities. We aim to develop globally minded young people who can thrive in Japanese society while engaging confidently with the wider world. We are committed to challenging conventional approaches to education and exploring new possibilities.
Work Directly with Decision-Makers
You will work closely with the school’s founders and leadership team. Ideas can move quickly from discussion to implementation, allowing you to make a meaningful impact.
We Value Great Educators, Not Just Credentials
Experience in international schools, EAL/ESL programs, or alternative education settings is highly valued, but what matters most is your ability to engage students, build strong relationships, and inspire learning.
We are looking for educators who enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, continuously improving their practice, and contributing ideas that help students and the school grow.
