仕事内容:
米軍を含む国内外の顧客サイトおよび自社工場にて、当社製品（主に4ストロークエンジン）の修理・メンテナンス、試運転、トラブルシューティングを担当していただきます。
経験やスキルに応じて、サービス・試運転プロジェクトの計画・管理、顧客への技術サポート、若手エンジニアの育成など、現場の技術リーダーとして幅広い業務をお任せします。
You will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of our products, primarily four-stroke engines, at customer sites including the U.S. Navy as well as our in-house workshops.
Depending on your experience and skills, you will also take on broader responsibilities as a technical leader, including service and commissioning project management, technical support for customers, and mentoring junior engineers.

- 現場の指揮・プロジェクト管理｜On-site Leadership & Project Management
サービス・試運転プロジェクトの計画・調整、予算・納期・品質の管理。
Planning and coordinating service and commissioning projects while managing budgets, schedules, and quality.
- 修理・メンテナンス・試運転｜Repair, Maintenance & Commissioning
エンジンの試運転、受入業務、現場での高度なトラブルシューティング。
Performing engine commissioning, acceptance testing, and advanced on-site troubleshooting.
- 技術サポート・ドキュメント作成｜Technical Support & Documentation
顧客や社内チームへの技術支援、サービスマニュアル・技術報告書等の作成。
Providing technical support to customers and internal teams and preparing service manuals and technical reports.
保証請求の調査、不具合分析、本社と連携した解決策の提案。
Investigating warranty claims, analyzing failures, and proposing solutions in collaboration with headquarters.
OJTを通じた若手エンジニアの技術指導、評価・アセスメントのサポート。
Training and mentoring junior engineers through OJT and supporting performance evaluation and assessment.

必須｜Required
- 機械・エンジン・設備等のフィールドサービス、メンテナンス、整備、またはトラブルシューティングの実務経験
- 技術報告書の作成経験および基本的なMicrosoft Officeスキル
- チームをまとめた経験、または現場でのリーダーシップ経験
- 4年制大学卒業以上
- 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
- Technical experience in field service, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of mechanical systems or engines
- Experience preparing technical reports and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience leading or coordinating a field service team is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Comfortable communicating in English

固定残業代あり：月給 ￥400,000 〜 ￥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥64,520〜￥96,780（20時間相当分）を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
