Preschool & Kindergarten Teacher
As a Preschool and Kindergarten Teachers are expected to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where young children can develop academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. While following our structed lesson plan teachers also have the flexibility of developing and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities, encouraging children's curiosity and creativity, and support their individual growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead fun, interactive lessons in English
- Teach early literacy, phonics, numeracy, and other foundational skills
- Organize and participate in arts and crafts, music, games, and seasonal events
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and field trips
- Foster positive behavior and social skills through encouragement and guidance
- Monitor children's progress and communicate with parents and staff as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to support the school's educational goals
