職務概要（ About the job ） :
本ポジションは、原材料発注管理の面からサプライチェーン全体の安定運営を担う重要な役割です。社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、需給計画の把握、購買業務、在庫管理、品質管理、価格管理など幅広い業務をリードしていただきます。データとAIを活用した業務改善にも積極的に取り組んでいただきます。
主な職務（ Main responsibilities ） :
- 生産計画に基づき原材料（原料・包装資材）の調達計画を立案し、CMO（受託製造業者）向けのバルク供給を計画・管理する。発注を管理し、サプライヤーと納期調整・フォーキャスト共有を行う。
- 供給課題が発生した際の解決策を立案し、社内外と調整する。中長期的な在庫予測を立案・管理し、データとAIを活用してPPV（購入価格差）メリットの最大化と在庫水準の最適化を図る。倉庫キャパシティを管理する。
- 新製品ローンチのスケジュールを各部門と調整し、リスクを管理する。
- 規制対象原材料を管理し、品質逸脱が発生した際は対応・対策を行う。包装資材の改版スケジュールを各部門と共有・調整する。
- サプライチェーン関連データの自動化・一元化を推進し（データ・AI活用）、SAPシステムのエラーチェックと管理を行う。
- 財務部門やその他の関係チームと連携し、輸出入業務に対応するとともに、部門横断的な改善活動を立案・実行する。
応募資格（ About you ） :
- 経験 : サプライチェーン、購買、または在庫管理における実務経験。PSI（生産・販売・在庫）についての理解。
- スキル : ERP（SAP）や生産管理システム（MES）などのソフトウェアに関する知識・経験、データ分析やAI活用ツールへの理解。社内外のステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、他部署とのコンフリクトマネジメントができる。ダイバーシティへの理解があり、主体的に業務を推進できる。GMPおよびHSEに関する一般知識。
- 語学 : 日本語（ネイティブ・堪能）必須。英語は初級から中級レベルで十分です。

About the job:
This is a key role in the stable operation of the overall supply chain, from the raw material ordering side. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will lead a wide range of activities including supply and demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, quality control and price management. You will also actively drive process improvement using data and AI.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan raw material and packaging procurement based on the production plan, and plan and manage bulk supply to CMOs (contract manufacturers); manage purchase orders and coordinate lead times and forecast sharing with suppliers.
- Develop solutions when supply issues arise and coordinate internally and externally; plan and manage mid to long term inventory forecasts, using data and AI to maximize PPV (purchase price variance) benefit and optimize inventory levels; manage warehouse capacity.
- Coordinate new product launch schedules with other departments and manage related risks.
- Manage regulated raw materials and respond to quality deviations; share and coordinate packaging revision schedules with other departments.
- Drive automation and centralization of supply chain data using data and AI, and check and manage SAP system errors.
- Coordinate with Finance and other relevant teams, handle import and export operations, and plan and execute cross-functional improvement activities.
About you:
- Experience: Hands-on experience in supply chain, purchasing or inventory management, with an understanding of PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory).
- Skills: Knowledge of or experience with software such as ERP (SAP) and a manufacturing execution system (MES), and an understanding of data analysis and AI tools. Smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to manage conflict across departments. An understanding of diversity and a proactive, ownership-driven approach. General knowledge of GMP and HSE.
- Languages: Native or fluent Japanese required; English at a beginner to intermediate level is sufficient.
