Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, SVAR is looking for a new Sales Director to join our team in Tokyo.
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Global Sales of SVAR. Lead the company’s sales strategy in Japan, aligning with global targets and driving growth
- Coach and motivate the sales team and senior managers, while representing SVAR at the executive level with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring world-class service and support
- Monitor market trends and disruptive forces to guide strategy and talent development
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics for J-OEMs
- Provide training, mentorship, and negotiation support, ensuring alignment with headquarter

求める人材:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Extensive experience in automotive OEM sales, ideally within software-defined or Tier 1 delivery environments
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate in dynamic business models
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of automotive industry trends and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in English and Japanese
