Data Center Operations Engineer (Night Shift) | Entry-Level Welcome | Major Financial Environment
■ Overview
Join a stable global finance data center operations team supporting 24/365 infrastructure in Tokyo.
Start your career in IT infrastructure by joining a stable data center operation supporting a major financial services environment in Tokyo.
No prior data center experience is required. Full training and on-the-job support will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in IT operations within a structured night shift operations team supporting a major financial data center environment.
Main responsibilities include operational monitoring, ticket handling, escort coordination, and SOP/manual-based operational support while working in a bilingual infrastructure environment.

■ Responsibilities
- Control data center access for visitors and vendors
- Support on-site operations and facility procedures
- Perform routine checks and patrols inside the server room
- Handle incident escalation and first-line response
- Update operational logs and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams in Japanese
- Support stable 24/7 operational procedures within the data center environment
■ Location
Toyosu area, Koto-ku, Tokyo

■ Working Hours
12-hour night shifts
Example:
20:00 – 08:00 (with breaks)
2 days on / 2 days off rotation
Approx. 14–16 working days per month
■ Requirements
- Business-level Japanese communication skills for on-site coordination
- Basic PC skills
- Interest in IT / infrastructure operations
- Ability to work night shifts
Preferred:
- Data center / facilities / operations experience
- English communication ability

■ Requirements
Must Have
- Business-level Japanese communication skills (for on-site coordination and reporting)
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Basic PC skills (email, input, reporting)
- Interest in IT infrastructure / data center operations
- Reliable and professional work attitude
Preferred
- Experience in IT support, help desk, facilities, or operations
- Data center or server room experience
- Experience working in shift-based environments
- English communication skills
- Experience in international / multicultural workplaces
