■ Improving marketing efficiency
・We utilize the data accumulated through advertising expenses of more than 5 billion yen per year to improve the efficiency of direct marketing.
・For example, ROAS (return on ad spend) optimization by predicting LTV (customer lifetime value) from web response data, We are automating the creation and operation of advertising creatives using generative AI.
■ Effective use of property information
・We aim to maximize the closing rate by making the most of the accumulated property data.
・For example, by automatically generating attractive introductions from property data, you can introduce the specifications of the property in an easy-to-understand manner. In order to optimize the price of the management plan, we predict the risk of vacancy and equipment failure of the property.
■ Improving communication efficiency
・We have built AI chatbots and workflows that automate and sophisticate the response to inquiries from inside and outside the company, reducing response man-hours and improving customer satisfaction.
■ Improving productivity across the company
・We contribute to improving productivity throughout the company, including the development process, by automatically generating test code from specifications and automating routine tasks for back-office operations.

・Experience in using no-code and low-code tools
Experience using no-code and low-code tools such as Dify and n8n for rapid prototyping and implementation
- Experience in AI development
Practical experience in data extraction, processing, EDA, modeling, pipeline construction, etc. using Python and SQL
・Business collaboration experience
Experience in collaborating with non-engineers in business departments, etc., organizing issues from hearings and supporting requirements definition.
・Experience in project promotion
Experience in planning the project in charge and leading it to completion in cooperation with relevant parties
Example: Experience in client work as a consultant or SIer, experience in creating and operating project WBS, Gantt charts, etc.
・System operation experience
Experience in analyzing the usage status and logs of the developed system, measuring effectiveness, improving operational efficiency, and responding to failures.
