This position leads strategic plan development including supporting detailed initiative development and monitoring of the execution status of strategic initiatives to generate group synergies in AXA Japan
(Key Accountabilities)
- Lead the strategic planning process for AXA Japan in collaboration with various companies and departments within the AXA Group and AXA Japan.
- Follow up on the implementation status of AXA Japan's strategic plans to ensure steady progress.
- Lead cross-departmental projects as a project manager.
- Plan the appropriate allocation of project budgets.
- Initiate opportunities for M&A and promote strategic growth.
- Serve as the secretariat for the Executive Committee, supporting smooth operations.

部門横断的なプロジェクトをPMとしてリードする
プロジェクト予算の適切な配賦を企画する
M&A機会を創出するためのイニシアティブを主導し、戦略的な成長を促進する
役員会の事務局業務を担当し、円滑な運営を支援する
【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】
- Experience working in an insurance company or financial institution
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Business-level proficiency in English (Japanese is also required)
- Extensive experience in the formulation and execution of strategic plans within financial institutions (preferred)
- Knowledge and practical experience in the M&A process (preferred)
- Experience in a strategic department or consulting firm is desirable (preferred)

- 強力なコミュニケーションスキル及びチームワーク能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（日本語も必須）
- 金融機関における戦略計画の策定及び実行に関する豊富な経験 （尚可）
- M&Aプロセスに関する知識と実務経験（尚可）
- 戦略部門やコンサルティング会社での勤務経験があることが望ましい（尚可）
【待遇/ Condition】
【賃金】現年収、能力、経験に応じて当社規定により優遇
【勤務時間】
9:00～17:00（休憩12:00～13:00）
フレックスタイムあり

（雇入れ直後）白金本社
（変更の範囲）会社の定める就業場所へ異動を命じることがある。
