職務概要:
マネージャー（TS）は、財務デューデリジェンス（FDD）案件の実務遂行を主導し、プロジェクトチームを管理します。クライアントのディールの目的を理解したうえで、業務設計や成果物のストーリーやキーメッセージ作成を主導するとともに、プロジェクトスケジュールの管理やレビューによる品質向上、クライアントとの円滑なコミュニケーションを行います。また、ジュニアメンバーの育成・指導も担当します。
主な業務内容:-
全体のトランザクション・サービス業務を理解し、難度が高くない案件のプロジェクト全体を主導する

複雑な案件では、シニア・ジュニアスタッフと連携し、現場業務を主導する

プレゼン資料の作成やプロジェクト管理に主体的に取り組み、クライアントとの議論に対等な立場で参加する

プロジェクト遂行とジュニアメンバーの育成・指導を両立する
必要なスキル・資質:-
学士号/ 専攻: 会計、ファイナンス等

トランザクション・サービス、財務分析、会計、FDD、DCFモデル、Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）のスキル

必要資格: CPA（公認会計士/ 米国公認会計士等 ）、簿記検定2級以上、TOEIC 700点以上
-
日本語スキル（日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2相当以上）および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
-
日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと
職務経験:-
5〜7年程度の関連業務経験（例: FDD）

チームリーダーシップ、プロジェクトマネジメント、クロスファンクショナル環境での成果創出における実績を有すること

Job Title: Manager, Transaction Services (TS) - Japan
Role Overview:
The Manager, Transaction Services (TS) leads the day-to-day execution of FDD engagements. The role manages project teams, reviews deliverables, drives project timelines and quality and communicates effectively with clients, understands their deal rationale, and contributes to the design of the story and key messages in presentations. The Manager (TS) supports the development of junior staff.
Responsibilities:

Understand the overall TS work and lead entire projects for non-complex cases.

In complex projects, coordinate with senior and junior staff to lead on-site operations.

Take initiative in developing presentation materials and managing projects, participating in discussion on equal footing with clients.

Balance project delivery with the training and development of junior members.
Skills / Competencies:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, etc.
-
Transaction Services, Financial analysis, Accounting, FDD, DCF model, Office (excel, PPT, word).
-
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & Japan Bookkeeping Certification (Level 2 or above) & TOEIC (700 and above).
-
Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.

Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.
Work Experience:
-
5–7 years of progressive experience in a related field (e.g. FDD).

Proven track record in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering results in a cross-functional environment is essential.
