The Niseko Company is one of Niseko’s premier accommodation providers, managing a portfolio of luxury chalets and high-end properties throughout the area. We provide year-round property management and guest services for both international visitors and property owners.
We are currently seeking a full-time Property Operations Staff to join our team in Niseko.
This is a long-term, year-round role combining property operations, maintenance, guest support, and opportunities for increasing responsibility, skill development, and compensation growth within the company over time.
Typical Responsibilities
Winter Season
- Support operations team in providing high-level service to guests and property owners
- Guest transportation and operational support across multiple properties
- Property checks, troubleshooting, and light maintenance
- General operational and logistical support
Summer / Green Season
- Property maintenance and repair work
- Painting, inspections, and seasonal property preparation
- Support with contractor and supplier coordination as you evolve in your role

Required
- Fluency in either English or Japanese with conversational ability in the other
- Valid Japanese driver's license preferred. Applicants must be legally able to drive in Japan and, where applicable, be eligible to convert their home country's license to a Japanese driver's license.
- Foreign applicants must currently hold a valid Japanese visa permitting full-time employment.
勤務時間・曜日:
Shift-based schedule depending on season and operational requirements.
Winter operations involve rotating shifts scheduled within operating hours of approximately 8:00am–8:00pm throughout the week. Green season operations are generally daytime-focused Monday to Friday.
Full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and annual paid leave provided.

- Smoking is not permitted inside company offices or managed properties.

- Compensation reviewed following 3 month probation based on performance, skills, and responsibilities
