?We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Service Business Development Engineer to join our Global Field Assets section. This role combines engineering expertise with strategic business development to design, tailor and promote value added service solutions by working closely with affiliates to promote and expand our service business offerings.
?Experience in Gas & Liquid Analyzer, Field Instruments, Data logger, Control products is required. Yokogawa experience will be an added advantage.
?Identify and develop new service business opportunities by analyzing the customer needs and market trends.
?Preparation of Technical & Commercial proposals aligned with the business requirements.
?Proven experience in tender preparation, bid evaluation and documentation.
?Familiarity with contractual and legal term is considered as added advantage.
?Work closely with affiliates to support business development efforts with technical expertise and value-based selling materials.
?Support the go-to-market strategy for new service solutions globally, including localization, documentation, and training.
?Collaborate with the products team to develop New Service Business Solutions.
?Conduct technical presentations, demos, and workshops for customers and internal teams.
?Collect voice-of-customer feedback and industry insights to shape future service offerings and improvements.
?Monitor key metrics such as win rates, service attach rates, and revenue growth in collaboration with regional and global teams.
?Prepare monthly activity plans to meet Order Intake (OI), Sales Turnover (ST) & GP targets.
?Work closely with internal departments & cross functional teams to support review & implementation.

?Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical or equivalent). Master’s degree is a plus.
?3 - 12+ years of experience in field services or technical sales in industrial automation or process industries.
?Strong understanding of service lifecycle and value-added services.
?Proven ability to manage cross-regional projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
?Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to change.
?Excellent communication, strong presentation and negotiation skills, with an understanding of global customer expectations.
?Willing to Travel (International & Domestic).
?Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

採用にかかわる費用について
採用に掛かる費用は雇用者（横河電機）負担とすることを原則とします。
ただし、以下費用につきましては下記とさせていただきます。
・原則、オンラインでの実施としております。
ただし対面での面接実施となった場合にかかる交通費、宿泊費（必要な場合に限る）は、
当社規程に基づき実費を当社が負担いたします。
・入社における引っ越し代、交通費、その他生活準備にかかわるすべての費用は応募者負担とする（国内、海外とも）。
・外国籍の方の就労VISAにかかわる手続きのサポート費用については横河電機負担とする。
本社（東京都武蔵野市、自宅等テレワーク含む）、遠隔地勤務不可、将来的に就業場所の変更の可能性：あり（会社が定める部署、グループ会社含む）
