The Radio Unit Design Lead will be part of the system team in the Systems & IVC department at the Japan R&D center in Yokohama, which is part of Ericsson’s global RTE organization. You will work in a highly collaborative, international environment together with colleagues in Japan and Ericsson’s global design centers.
About the opportunity
We are looking for a Radio Unit Design Lead to take overall responsibility for RU design, keeping product creation and product updates together across the lifecycle. You will combine technical leadership, design-quality ownership, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on collaboration in the design lab, helping transform ideas and requirements into integrated, verified, and production-ready radio products.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in building the Yokohama R&D center, strengthening local competence, and connecting the Japan team with Ericsson’s global radio organization.
