~Job Description~
・Design AI Agent Framework – Lead development of core components in Python for a scalable framework.
・Build Agent Collaboration Systems – Create systems for seamless AI agent interaction and adaptability.
・Develop Scalable Runtime Environments – Optimize multi-tenant environments for real-time inference in cloud-native settings.
・Collaborate with Research Teams – Work with researchers to apply advancements in LLMs and AI agents to product features.
・Lead & Mentor the Team – Guide technical decisions, improve processes, and mentor engineers for growth.

・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
・5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python, Java, or similar languages.
・Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computer science principles, with practical implementation skills.
・Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
・Strong passion for LLMs and AI Agents, with a commitment to staying current with AI advancements.
・Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese (fluency in one language required)
