Creation of customer-facing documentation for CIS products (AV, industrial equipment, surveillance applications)
Drafting documents such as product specifications, application notes, and register maps
- Customer support for CIS products (AV, industrial equipment, surveillance applications)
Handling customer inquiries and requests for documentation
- Development of tools to improve operational efficiency
Creating tools using Excel VBA to streamline documentation and customer support tasks
