Customer Order Management
- Manage customer orders for reagents, consumables, instruments, and service parts
- Review purchase orders and verify discount approvals
- Coordinate order fulfillment to meet customer requirements for product availability and delivery timelines
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries
- Manage customer communication during supply shortages or delays
Supply Chain Coordination
- Manage replenishment for instruments, consumables, and service parts
- Coordinate purchase orders with overseas manufacturing sites and domestic vendors
- Track in-transit inventory and incoming shipments
- Coordinate supply adjustments during shortages
Import / Export Operations
- Manage import operations from overseas manufacturing sites
- Manage export procedures including returns and defective product shipments
- Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and legal requirements
- Manage customs documentation and declarations
- Oversee the entire process from factory shipment confirmation through transportation, customs clearance, and warehouse arrival
Warehouse & Logistics Management (3PL)
- Manage inbound, storage, and outbound operations at designated 3PL warehouses
- Coordinate transportation and final delivery to customers
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and transportation companies
Inventory Management
- Support inventory optimization
Process Improvement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across order management and logistics operations
