We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Board Design to drive the development, industrialization, and release of our radio boards. In this role, you will lead cross-functional work according to Ericsson’s hardware design process and R&D practices, ensuring that our board design delivers the required performance, quality, cost, and time-to-market.
You will act as the technical and project driver for the radio board design, working closely with hardware designers, system, integration, validation and quality assurance teams, supply, sourcing, manufacturing sites as well as technical and organizational leaders to secure mature, robust and producible board solutions.
