As a Middle Office Analyst/Associate within the Wholesales KYC Operations team, you will manage the front office relationship for business requests in Know Your Customer onboarding, remediation, and renewals. You will facilitate the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring all due diligence documentation is sourced and delivered accurately. You'll act as a subject matter expert, guide clients and internal partners through KYC requirements, and help drive process improvements. Together, we ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive client experience.
Job responsibilities:
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Working knowledge of KYC, compliance, and anti-money laundering procedures and standards

Knowledge of multiple client types (i.e. corporates, special purpose vehicles, trusts, financial institutions)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese

Excellent time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Quality client focus with a strong controls mindset and customer service orientation

Experience adhering to controls and compliance standards

Ability to learn new concepts and procedures quickly
