JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee Front of House operations and lead team development
- Deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences
- Supervise check-in/out, reservations, and billing operations
- Handle guest issues and drive satisfaction improvement
- Manage night operations and prepare daily reports
- Coordinate with departments and external partners
- Ensure compliance with standards and improve SOPs

- チェックイン／アウト、予約、精算業務の統括
- クレーム対応およびゲスト満足度の向上
- 日次レポート作成および夜間業務の管理
- 他部門および外部パートナーとの連携
- サービス基準（LQA・Forbes）およびSOPの遵守・改善
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of work experience in the accommodation department
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Experience working in a luxury hotel
- Preferred: Experience in pre-opening a luxury hotel
- Other: Team-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills
