［業務内容］Key Responsibilities
半導体製造ラインにて加工工程構成や加工条件の最適化のための試作と分析を行う
- 試作ロットの管理・流動
- 試作ロットを用いた実験の実施 (スキルに応じて実験水準の議論や策定に加わっていただきます)
- 試作ロットの分析依頼、分析、サマリ資料へのまとめ上げ
- クリーンルーム内での軽作業 (装置を用いた測定、検査、シリコンウエハの抜き取り等)
Conducting prototyping and analysis to optimize processing process configurations and conditions on semiconductor manufacturing lines
- Management and circulation of prototype lots
- Conducting experiments using prototype lots (you will participate in discussions and formulation of experimental standards according to your skills)
- Request analysis of prototype lots, compile them into summary materials
- Light work inside the cleanroom (measurement, inspection, silicon wafer extraction using equipment, etc.)

Work Experience

※経験年数：1 年程度
- 半導体製造ライン・開発ラインでの業務経験
- 他業種量産工場での、製造ライン構成策定/製造管理/品質管理/製造工程改善等業務経験
- Excel: 中級レベル以上
- その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）
Required years of experience – 1+ year- Work experience on semiconductor manufacturing and development lines
- Experience in production line configuration, manufacturing management, quality control, and process improvement at mass production plants in other industries
- Excel: Intermediate level or higher
- Other: PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level)
尚可要件 Good to Have
- 半導体製造ラインでの業務経験
- プロセスインテグレーション業務の経験、MES (SiView等) の経験、プロセス開発業務の経験
- 電気工学基礎の知識、半導体プロセス基礎の知識
Work experience on semiconductor manufacturing lines- Experience in process integration, MES (such as SiView), and process development work
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, fundamentals of semiconductor processes
English – Not mandatory- Japanese – JLPT N2 or above
