Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Supervisor to join our Tokyo operations. This role is critical for managing our B2B apparel business, focusing on order fulfillment and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess deep insights into the Japanese market and a strong background in trade and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including order processing, production coordination, and logistics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Business Development: Identify core business opportunities, explore new order channels, and maintain long-term strategic relationships with Japanese clients.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the Tokyo office and our headquarters in China to ensure smooth information flow and resource allocation.
- Client Liaison: Manage daily business correspondence and lead meetings with clients, ensuring professional representation of the company.

Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Japanese (Business level or above) with excellent communication skills.
- Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the apparel industry or B2B trade, specifically in sales or merchandising roles.
- Eligibility : Must have the right to work in Japan.
