Job Title: Mainframe Modernization Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, support, and enhance mainframe (MF) applications and systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
- Support modernization efforts, including integration with cloud-based environments
- Work with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance
- Manage job scheduling, JCL processes, and production support activities
- Ensure smooth data handling and database interactions (RDB knowledge preferred)

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in mainframe application development and/or maintenance
- Strong experience with COBOL and/or Assembler programming
- Hands-on knowledge of IBM, Fujitsu, or Hitachi mainframe platforms (middleware and utilities)
- Experience with JCL, job scheduling, and job management
- Knowledge of SAM/VSAM files and RDB databases
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (N2+) and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Java development in cloud environments
- Exposure to modernization or migration projects
