グループ各社でのデータ活用を最適化するため、クラウドベースまたはハイブリッド型のデータ・AI関連の環境設計に強みを持つ、経験豊富なデータアーキテクトを募集しています。データアーキテクトとして、スケーラブルかつ効率的なデータアーキテクチャの設計・実装・構成を担当します。

■具体的な職務内容
１．データアーキテクチャ設計
クラウド技術を活用し、フェデレーテッド型データを統合したアーキテクチャの設計・開発・維持。また、シングルカスタマービューなどの主要目標の実現。
２．クラウド技術の専門性
Azure、AWS、GCPなどのクラウドプラットフォームを活用し、スケーラブルかつコスト効率の高いデータソリューションを設計・実装。（当社はAzureを採用している。）
３．ハイブリッド環境設計
オンプレミスとクラウド基盤をシームレスに統合し、データのアクセス性とセキュリティを確保できる環境の設計。
４．フェデレーテッドデータ管理・ガバナンス
データ統合、ガバナンス、セキュリティ戦略を実施し、データの一貫性と信頼性の確保。データガバナンスとデータマネジメントに対して十分なバックグラウンドを有した上で、データ品質・整合性・法令遵守の観点から他部門との協働。
５．実装への積極的参加
実装フェーズで開発チームを直接支援し、複雑なデータ関連課題のトラブルシューティングも担当。
６．その他の業務：
・リーダーシップ・推進力：推奨事項やベストプラクティス、実装ガイドラインを図やスライドで分かりやすく可視化し、ビジネス部門を含めた幅広いステークホルダーと合意形成する。
・協働：エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、セキュリティ、AI/MLチーム、ベンダーなど国内外の主要部門と積極的に連携し、強固なデータアーキテクチャに反映。
・継続的な学習：データアーキテクチャ、クラウド、データ管理分野の最新技術・トレンド・ベストプラクティスを常にキャッチアップし、組織内のイノベーションを推進。他メンバーへの教育・指導も担当。
■必須条件
＜学歴＞
・コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術等の学士または修士号
＜スキル＞※下記の業務経験いずれか5年以上
・データアーキテクトまたは類似職での経験（クラウド型・ハイブリッド型データ環境設計が中心）
・Azure、AWS、GCPなどクラウドプラットフォームの高度な専門知識（Microsoft認定資格等があれば尚可）
・データレイク、データレイクハウス、ビッグデータ処理フレームワーク等の実務経験
・データモデリング、ETL/ELTプロセス、データ統合技術（データ仮想化等）の熟知
＜語学力＞
・日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（一定レベル）
・会社、ステークホルダー、チームに対してリスペクトを持ち十分に貢献できるマインド
・技術者・非技術者双方と効果的にコミュニケーション、協働できる能力

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in new data related technologies and hands-on approach to designing cloud-based or hybrid data environments for optimum utilization of data across our Group companies. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for configuring scalable and efficient data architectures that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
・Data Architecture Design
・Design, develop, and maintain data architecture solutions that leverage cloud-based
technologies and accommodate federated data from various sources to realize key goals such as single view of customer and other initiatives.
・Cloud Expertise
・Demonstrate expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP and their data related offerings to architect and implement scalable, cost-effective data solutions. Our company applied the Azure environment.
・Hybrid environments
・Design data environments that seamlessly integrate on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring data accessibility and security across environments by collaborating with other key stakeholder teams across the organization.
・Federated Data Management and Data Governance
・Implement strategies for managing federated data sources, including data integration, governance, and security, to ensure data consistency and reliability. Have sufficient background in data governance and management to be able to collaborate with key stakeholder teams to ensure the architecture and data flows support the efforts around data quality, integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
・Hands-on implementation
・Lead by example by actively participating in the implementation phase, providing hands on support to development teams, and trouble-shooting complex data related issues.
・Thought leadership
・Articulate the recommendations, best practices and implementation guidelines visually via diagrams and slides that are clear, concise and easily understandable. Be able to articulate options and recommendations with pros and cons to a variety of stakeholders from highly technical to non-technical backgrounds
・Collaboration
・Proactively seek out, build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholder teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, AI/ML teams, vendors, etc) in Japan and overseas effectively to understand their viewpoints and requirement and translate them into robust data architecture solutions.
・Continuous Learning
・Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends and best practices in data architecture, cloud computing and data management to drive innovation and improvement within the organization. Be able to teach and coach other members of the team on these topics.
Qualifications
・Native level fluency in Japanese, and some proficiency in English.
・Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
field.
・Proven experience (minimum 10 years) as Data Architect or a similar role, with a focus on designing cloud-based or hybrid data environments.
・Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certifications etc are a big plus.
・Hands-on experience with modern data technologies such as data lakes, data lakehouses, big data processing frameworks.
・Proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques such as data virtualization.
・Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience working in a financial industry, global or cross-functional environment.
・Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or digital transformation topics.
・Basic understanding of change management principles.
