- プラットフォームプロダクトマネジメント
- エンタープライズ・政府系顧客に対して、衛星画像・API・アナリティクス機能を提供する衛星データプラットフォーム「AxelGlobe」のロードマップを定義し、推進する。
- エンジニアリングチームと緊密に連携し、プロダクト要件を明確な技術仕様・データモデル・プラットフォーム機能に落とし込む。
- 地理空間データへのスケーラブルなアクセスを実現するインフラ・データパイプライン・APIプラットフォームの開発をリードする。
- エンジニアリング・アナリティクス・ビジネス各チームと協力し、プラットフォームの機能・信頼性・スケーラビリティの優先順位付けを行う。
- プラットフォームの指標を定義し、プロダクトのパフォーマンス・使いやすさ・採用率を継続的に改善する。
- 戦略プログラムの遂行（政府・防衛関連プログラム）
- 衛星データの提供とプラットフォーム機能を含む、長期的な政府系プログラムの遂行を推進する。
- 運用・プログラム要件を明確なエンジニアリング仕様・プロダクト成果物に変換する。
- 社内チームおよび外部ステークホルダーとの間で、プログラムのマイルストーン・成果物・技術要件を調整する。
- ステークホルダーとの明確なコミュニケーションを維持し、納品義務・コンプライアンス要件・スケジュールの遵守を確保する。
- リスクを早期に特定し、長期的なプログラム遂行の安定に向けた軽減策を講じる。
- 部門横断的な連携
- ソフトウェアエンジニアリング・衛星開発・データ処理・ビジネス各チームと緊密に連携する。
- プロダクトロードマップ・技術的能力・長期プログラムのコミットメントの整合性を図る。
- 構造化されたプロダクト計画とプログラムの可視化を通じ、社内の意思決定をサポートする。
- B2B/SaaSプラットフォームを対象としたソフトウェアプロダクトマネジメントの経験5年以上。
- インフラ・データプラットフォーム・API駆動システムなど、ソフトウェアプラットフォーム開発の深い知識。
- バックエンドシステム・データパイプライン・プラットフォームアーキテクチャにおけるエンジニアリングチームとの協業経験。
- 複雑な要件を明確な技術仕様・プロダクト成果物に変換する能力。
- 複数の依存関係を持つ複数ステークホルダーのプロジェクト、または長期プログラムのマネジメント経験。
- 複雑な組織環境における優れたステークホルダーマネジメントおよびコミュニケーションスキル。

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead product planning and execution of our satellite data platform, AxelGlobe, while ensuring successful delivery of long-term strategic programs with key business and government stakeholders.
This role sits at the intersection of platform product management and complex program execution. You will work closely with engineering teams to evolve a scalable data platform built on satellite imagery, APIs, and analytics capabilities, while ensuring successful delivery of multi-year B2B and government programs with strict requirements and milestones.
The role requires strong technical product thinking, the ability to translate complex requirements into engineering deliverables, and the capability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders in a highly technical environment
- Platform Product Management
- Define and drive the roadmap of our satellite data platform AxelGlobe, delivering imagery, APIs, and analytics capabilities to enterprise and government customers.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into clear technical specifications, data models, and platform capabilities.
- Lead development of infrastructure, data pipelines, and API platforms enabling scalable access to geospatial data.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to prioritize platform capabilities, reliability, and scalability.
- Define platform metrics and continuously improve product performance, usability, and adoption.
- Strategic Program Execution (Government / Defense Related Programs)
- Drive execution of long-term government programs involving satellite data delivery and platform capabilities.
- Translate operational or program requirements into clear engineering specifications and product deliverables.
- Coordinate program milestones, deliverables, and technical requirements across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure delivery obligations, compliance requirements, and timelines are met.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to ensure stable long-term program execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with software engineering, satellite development, data processing teams, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between product roadmap, technical capabilities, and long-term program commitments.
- Support internal decision-making through structured product planning and program visibility
- 5+ years of experience in software product management focused on B2B/SaaS platforms.
- Strong background in software platform development, particularly infrastructure, data platforms, or API-driven systems.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on backend systems, data pipelines, or platform architecture.
- Proven ability to convert complex requirements into clear technical specifications and product deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects or long-term programs with multiple dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in complex organizational environments.
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency required for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
