［業務内容］Key Responsibilities
- SiViewや搬送GRID管理システム（MCS）の稼働状況を常時監視
- ロット停滞や搬送エラーなどの異常検知と初期対応
- 必要に応じて関係部署（生産技術部・EC部・DLAなど）へのエスカレーション
- 現場オペレーターからの問い合わせ対応（システム操作・エラー内容など）
- トラブル傾向の分析と再発防止策の提案
Continuous monitoring of the operation status of SiView and the transport GRID management system (MCS)- Detection and initial response to anomalies such as lot stagnation and transport errors
- Escalation to relevant departments (such as Production Technology, EC, DLA, etc.) as needed
- Responding to inquiries from on-site operators (system operation, error details, etc.)
- Analysis of trouble trends and proposals for recurrence prevention measures

- 会社のITシステムの運用支援・ヘルプデスクなど問題対応の経験
- UNIX・Windowsのシステムコマンド、Shellスクリプト、FTPコマンドを手順書に従い実行出来る
- 現場からの問題報告を理解でき、手順書に従い問題回復、現場への指示を行うことが出来る
- 製造ラインの稼働を交代制勤務で24ｈx365日支えるという泥臭い業務にも前向きに取り組め
- 現場サポートや問題解決をし、結果として感謝されることに働き甲斐を感じることができる
- 経験の浅いメンバーを指導・管理出来る
- Excel: 中級レベル以上（問題管理表をExcelなどで管理出来るレベル）
- その他: UNIX・Windowsのシステムコマンド、Shellスクリプト、FTPコマンドを手順書に従い実行出来る

- Experience in supporting company IT system operations and handling issues such as help desk
- Able to execute UNIX and Windows system commands, shell scripts, and FTP commands by following the instructions
- Able to understand problem reports from the field and follow procedures to recover issues and give instructions to the site
- You can positively tackle the grueling task of supporting production line operations through shift work 24/365
- You can provide on-site support and problem-solving, and find it rewarding to be appreciated as a result.
- Able to guide and manage inexperienced members
- Excel: Intermediate level or above (able to manage problem management sheets in Excel or similar software)
- Other: Execute UNIX and Windows system commands, shell scripts, and FTP commands by following the instructions.

- 半導体工場の自動化システムの運用支援経験
- 工場の製造ITシステムの運用支援チームでヘルプデスクなど製造現場での問題対応の経験 （MES、自動化システム、品質管理システム、データ基盤など）
Experience in supporting the operation of automation systems in semiconductor factories- Experience in handling issues on the manufacturing floor, such as helping desks in the factory manufacturing IT system operations support team (MES, automation systems, quality management systems, data infrastructure, etc.)
語学力 Language Skill
- 英語‐ 会話レベル（尚可）
- 日本語‐ JLPT N2 以上
