当社では、全社的なデータ活用、データ基盤整備、AI活用を進めるため、データを組織資産として管理・ 活用する仕組みの整備を進めています。現在は、データの所在、意味、責任者、品質、利用可否、管理 ルールが十分に標準化されておらず、部門横断で安全かつ継続的にデータを利活用するための方針、体 制、業務フローの整備が急務です。
本ポジションでは、業務部門、IT部門、情報セキュリティ部門、法務部門などと連携し、全社データガバナ ンスの立ち上げと定着を推進していただきます。
※担当する可能性のある業務を記載しており、一部のみのご担当となる場合もございます。
- 全社データガバナンス方針、データマネジメント方針、関連ガイドラインの策定
- データオーナー、データスチュワード、業務部門、IT部門、情報セキュリティ部門の役割と責任の定義
- データ分類、データライフサイクル、データ利用ルール、データ品質管理ルールの設計
- データカタログ、メタデータ管理、データリネージ、データ品質管理の導入方針策定
- データ利用申請、データ提供、データ変更、データ廃棄、例外管理などの業務フロー設計
- データガバナンス会議体、審査プロセス、課題管理、変更管理、KPI、モニタリングの設計
- 業務部門へのヒアリング、課題整理、ワークショップ、合意形成、社内説明資料の作成
- データ基盤、データハブ、データカタログ、BI環境、AI活用基盤の要件整理
- データセキュリティ担当者と連携した機密区分、アクセス制御、監査要件の整理
- 初期立ち上げ後の運用移管、内製化、教育コンテンツ作成、運用改善
To promote company-wide data utilization, data infrastructure development, and AI utilization, we are developing systems to manage and utilize data as organizational assets. Currently, data residency, meaning, responsible persons, quality, availability, and management rules are not sufficiently standardized, making it urgent to establish policies, systems, and workflows for safe and continuous cross-departmental data utilization.
In this position, you will collaborate with operations, IT, information security, and legal departments to promote the launch and establishment of company-wide data governance.
- Job Description
- The tasks you may be responsible for are listed, and you may only be assigned to part of the work.
- Formulation of company-wide data governance policies, data management policies, and related guidelines
- Definition of roles and responsibilities for data owners, data stewards, business departments, IT departments, and information security departments
- Design of data classification, data lifecycle, data usage rules, and data quality management rules
- Formulation of implementation policies for data catalogs, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality management
- Design of business flows such as data usage applications, data provision, data modifications, data disposal, and exception management
- Design of data governance meetings, review processes, issue management, change management, KPIs, and monitoring
- Interviewing business departments, organizing issues, holding workshops, building consensus, and preparing internal explanatory materials
- Organizing requirements for data infrastructure, data hubs, data catalogs, BI environments, and AI utilization platforms
- Organizing confidential classification, access control, and audit requirements in collaboration with data security personnel
- Operational transfer after initial launch, in-house production, creation of educational content, and operational improvement

- データの所在、意味、責任者、品質、利用ルールを整理し、業務に落とし込むスキル
- 経営層、業務部門、エンジニア、セキュリティ担当者に対して、相手の立場に合わせて説明できるコミュニ ケーション力
- 資格は必須ではありません。同等の実務経験、構想策定力、ドキュメント化能力、関係部門との合意形 成力を重視します。

Required years of experience – 5 years- Practical experience in one of the following areas: data governance, data management, IT planning, business reform, PMO, or system planning
- Skills to organize data location, meaning, responsible persons, quality, and usage rules, and translate them into business operations
- Communication skills that allow you to explain things to management, business departments, engineers, and security personnel from their perspective
- Qualifications are not mandatory. Emphasis is placed on equivalent practical experience, conceptual planning skills, documentation skills, and consensus-building abilities with relevant departments
- Independence to identify and organize one's own tasks and drive projects autonomously
- A commitment to keeping know-how open rather than keeping it internal, thereby contributing to overall project productivity improvement.

Experience in organizing issues, requirements, and consensus building across multiple departments- Experience in creating documents such as policies, guidelines, business workflows, RACI charts, management ledgers, and checklists
- Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, data management, data governance, metadata management, and data quality management
- Experience implementing or operating data catalogs, master data management, data lineage, and data quality management tools
- Basic knowledge of data integration platforms such as data lakes, data warehouses, BI, and ETL/ELT
- Experience in industries handling multi-sector or highly confidential data, such as semiconductors, finance, healthcare, public sector, and defense.
- Experience in company-wide projects, enterprise architecture, internal controls, and business standardization
- Even in undeveloped environments, we prioritize and establish systems that are only the minimum necessary.
- Knowledge of data-related products such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, etc.
