About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager / Tech Lead to drive technical strategy and lead our engineering teams. You will manage a team of 15-20 engineers, oversee high-quality software delivery, and collaborate closely with product and business teams. This role combines leadership with hands-on technical work and offers opportunities to shape cutting-edge projects in a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, set goals, conduct reviews, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Project Oversight: Manage the technical direction of your team, ensure timely delivery of high-quality software, and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and international teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with technology trends and implement best practices in software development.

Key Requirements:

- Languages: fluent-level Japanese and English.
