Customer Facing & Production Coordination / 顧客対応および生産調整: Act as the key escalation point for domestic automotive/industrial customers. Coordinate POs, delivery schedules, mass production preparation, and design change arrangements with sales teams. 国内顧客（自動車メーカー等）に対するSCM窓口。営業チームと連携した受注・納期の管理、試作・量産対応、設計変更時の生産調整。
Team Leadership & Operational Execution / チームマネジメントと業務推進: Manage and mentor a team of 15–20 staff (including temporary workers) to ensure daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment targets are met. 15〜20名規模（派遣社員含む）のチームマネジメント。日々の出荷・受領・注文履行オペレーションの監督および業務サポート。
Reporting & Global Stakeholder Alignment / グローバル連携とレポート: Work closely with regional Asian logistics/SCM teams and internal suppliers using global SAP standards to optimize order fulfillment. グローバル/アジア域内の物流・サプライチェーンチームと密に連携し、グローバル基準（SAP）に沿ったSCMプロセスの最適化と各種モニタリング・レポート作成。
