アメリカ・ロサンゼルスを拠点とする、若年層向けレディース・コンテンポラリー・ファッションブランドです。私たちのチームをサポートしてくれるファッションマーケティングアシスタントを募集しています。 ※本ポジションはリモートワーク（在宅勤務）となりますが、岡山エリア近郊にお住まいの方を歓迎いたします。
給与 (Salary)
- 年収： 3,000,000円 〜 4,000,000円
- ※ 経験・スキルにより決定
業務内容 (Job Duties)
- ファッションマーケティング業務のサポート
- SNSおよびオンラインマーケティングの運用サポート
- インフルエンサーへのアプローチおよび調整・連携のサポート
- ファッションやマーケティングトレンドのリサーチ
- その他、ブランドマーケティングに関わる基本的業務のサポート
応募資格・要件 (Requirements)
- ファッションやマーケティングに興味・関心がある方
- 基本的なコミュニケーション能力および組織管理・整理能力がある方
- 各種SNS（Instagram、TikTokなど）の操作・運用に慣れている方
- クリエイティブな思考を持ち、ブランディングに関心がある方
- 自主的に業務を進め、期限（デッドライン）を厳守できる方
歓迎条件 (Preferred)
- ファッション業界またはマーケティング分野での実務経験がある方
- 韓国語または英語が話せる方歓迎（語学スキルにより給与優遇の可能性あり）
We are a young women’s contemporary fashion brand based in Los Angeles, USA. We are looking for a Fashion Marketing Assistant to support our team. This job will be remote but prefer if applicants live near Okayama area.
Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,000,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Duties
- Help with fashion marketing tasks
- Support social media and online marketing
- Help with influencer outreach and coordination
- Research fashion and marketing trends
- Help with basic brand marketing tasks
Requirements
- Interest in fashion and marketing
- Basic communication and organization skills
- Familiar with social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Creative and interested in branding
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in fashion or marketing
- Korean or English speaking preferred (language skills may receive higher pay)
