Junior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (Airline /Logistics project) - TTH
【About the Project】
We handle a wide range of projects for airline and logistics clients, including system development, testing, migration, operations, maintenance, and integration.
Projects are delivered through both onshore and offshore models, using waterfall and hybrid agile methodologies.
Domain training in the airline or logistics industry will be provided based on project requirements and business needs.
【Job description】
-Understand and analyze the business Process of Airline Business or Logistics
-Collaborate/Discuss with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
-Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
-Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
-Write the test scripts for the new business process.
-Coordinate with offshore for test execution, implement solutions to ensure they align with business goals.
【Must】
-About 3-7 years of experiences with Prior experience as BA , Native Level Japanese and Business level English Language skills.
-Analytical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to clearly and practically convey complicated information
-Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with customer , service providers and IT members.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
【Nice to have】
-Airline/Logistics Domain Knowledge
-Experience in global projects
-Technical Proficiency in JAVA, UI or AWS.

Participate in meetings at home, in the office, or at a client's site. 3 days work from office either at TCS Location in Azabudai/Roppongi or at Customer location at Tennouzu Isle, Kawasaki, Kayabacho based on Customer mapping.
