Position Summary:
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, contractual management, and driver safety to ensure safe and efficient fleet operations.
- Support compliance, cost control, reporting, and administrative activities related to company fleet management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet-related inquiries, driver support, and internal coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to maintain operational excellence and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation, and transportation support.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, insurance, and service records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, leasing companies, and maintenance providers.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, fleet utilization, and operational costs.
- Handle fleet-related service requests, incident reports, and emergency support.
- Maintain accurate fleet inventory and compliance documentation.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company transportation policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support efficient fleet and workplace operations.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiency.
Candidate specification
- Strong communication and coordination skills with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of fleet operations including vehicle allocation, maintenance, fuel tracking, registration, and compliance.
- Ability to manage vendors, transportation issues, and operational disruptions efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with accurate record and documentation management.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, invoice processing, and fleet cost control.
- Awareness of transportation safety standards, regulations, and incident management.
- Ability to analyze fleet utilization, fuel usage, and operational performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Team-oriented, customer-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
