仕事内容:
Teach personalized English lessons to children and adults, from beginner to advanced levels. Prepare lesson plans/materials and maintain a positive learning environment. Teachers may also be responsible for opening and closing the school.

Freelance / Part-Time English Teacher
Poppy English School is looking for a reliable and committed English teacher for weekday afternoon/evening lessons.
Schedule: Weekdays 14:00–20:00
Regular availability on selected weekdays is required. Actual lesson times will be arranged based on the teacher's agreed availability and students schedule.
Compensation
* Starting from ¥1,500 per lesson
* Transportation reimbursement: up to ¥500 round trip per teaching day
* Flexible, lesson-based schedule
We are looking for someone who:
* Has fluent/native-level English ability
* Currently resides in Japan and is legally permitted to work
* Is punctual, dependable, professional, and communicates reliably
* Can independently open and close the school when required
* Can responsibly manage the classroom and school premises when working independently
* Is committed to scheduled lessons and avoids last-minute cancellations except in unavoidable circumstances
* Enjoys teaching students of different ages and English levels
* Can prepare lesson plans and appropriate teaching materials
* Is interested in a stable, long-term working relationship with our school and students
Previous teaching experience is preferred, especially experience teaching English in Japan.
