仕事内容:
CMC Japan is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to lead software development projects for Japanese and global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, analysis, basic design, and detailed design activities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

求める人材:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of project management experience leading teams of 5 or more members.
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, basic design, and detailed design.
- Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- Web Applications (Java, C#, PHP, Front-end technologies)- Mobile Applications (Android, iOS)- Embedded Systems (C/C++)- Salesforce, SAP, RPA- AWS, Oracle, Aras * Experience working in offshore or multinational project environments.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
