- 信頼性評価装置のオペレーション（フルオートもしくはセミオートプローバにおけるウエハおよび パッケージ等のセッティング、測定制御PCにおける信頼性評価ソフトの操作、などの取扱を含む）
- 装置トラブル対応
- 評価サンプル（ウエハ等）および装置の管理等を実施
Operation of reliability evaluation devices (wafers and Includes handling of package settings, operation of reliability evaluation software on measurement control PCs, etc.)- Handling equipment troubles
- Evaluation samples (wafers, etc.) and equipment management are carried out

※経験年数：1年程度
- 半導体デバイスの電気特性（信頼性を含む）評価装置の操作経験
- ウエハ取り扱い等付帯する各種作業経験（パッケージでの作業経験を除く）
- ウエハおよびパッケージ、評価装置等の安全・慎重な取扱いが出来る （安全を考えてからの行動ができる）
- 指導を踏まえて信頼性評価装置の適切な操作が出来る
- コミュニケーション力、チームで協力する
- Excel: 中級レベル以上
- その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）
Required years of experience – 1 year- Experience operating electrical characteristics (including reliability) evaluation devices for semiconductor devices
- Experience in various tasks related to wafer handling (excluding experience working with packaging)
- Safe and careful handling of wafers, packages, and evaluation equipment(You can act with safety in mind.)
- Able to properly operate reliability evaluation devices based on guidance
- Communication skills and teamwork
- Excel: Intermediate level or higher
- Other: PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level)
尚可要件 Good to Have
- Keysight社SPECS、東京精密社フルオートプローバ、 Form Factor社ないしはMPI社セミオートプローバ取扱経験
- プログラミングスキル（特にC#、C++）
Keysight SPECS, Tokyo Seimitsu full-auto probes,Experience handling semi-auto probes from Form Factor or MPI- Programming skills (especially C# and C++)
English – Not mandatory- Japanese – JLPT N2 or above
