Position

Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

Company: Givenchy Japan, LVMH Fashion Group Japan K.K.

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

To create Japan VMD guideline based on the global guideline, and ensure the execution at stores.
To visit stores regularly and efficiently in order to support the sales increase.
To implement VMD training for store staff and support them regularly to enhance brand image to customer.
To enhance strong relationship and communication with HQ VMD team and other functions in Japan.
To work closely with HQ VMD and HQ Architect teams from the stage of store planning in order to create the best visual / product merchandising in the store.
To plan and monitor VMD budget in order to realize the activities efficiently with lower cost.
To manage VMD fixtures and tools, including communication with warehouse staff and appropriate distribution to each store.

Profile

Mission Statement:
This position is responsible to establish refined brand image at all retail network by enhancing product display, instore and window styling while supporting sales growth through Visual Merchandising.

Reporting Structure: Report to General Mechandising Manager, Givenchy Japan

Subordinates: Assistant based in Store
