Job Description:
- Building, maintaining, and improving stability and automation for the company’s internal cloud Kubernetes container platform and service mesh
- Stable operations and migration of existing services (legacy Kubernetes platform, Mesos/Marathon platform) to the internal cloud
This position offers a dynamic environment for growth and development through continuous new challenges and is part of a department expected to take a leadership role across the entire organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for project management, product management, accounting, and other non-engineering tasks related to services within the Container Platform Group.

Required Technology Stacks:
- Programming and Scripting: Python, Shell scripting
- Cloud Platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure
- Container Platforms: Kubernetes, Docker
- Data Management: SQL
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Excel (SumIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot tables), PowerPoint for presentations
- Project Management: Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), SDLC understanding
- Networking and Linux: Experience with web, cloud, and Linux-based systems
- Monitoring & Automation: Experience with automation and container orchestration
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with service mesh concepts and tools (e.g., Istio)
- Experience in budget planning and financial reporting
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC score 800+ or equivalent) and Japanese is a plus
