【Position Overview】
Lead UI/UX design for our e-commerce and digital experiences, driving stronger brand value and better user experiences.
You’ll work across Shopify-powered cross-border e-commerce, from requirements and wireframes to visual design, while gaining experience across multiple brands and a global audience.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Design and optimize UI/UX for Shopify-based e-commerce websites
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems across multiple brands
- Plan and design landing pages and digital campaigns
- Design with responsive layouts and accessibility in mind
【Team Structure】
You will join our Engineer division, where engineers, designers, and marketers work in tight collaboration.

【Employment Type】
Full‑time employee (Permanent)
Probation period: 6 months (no change in salary or benefits)
【Compensation】
Annual salary: ¥3.6M–¥8.0M
Monthly salary: ¥300,000–¥600,000 + bonuses
Salary determined based on experience and capability
Bonuses:General employees: 2 times/year
Comprehensive/managerial roles: 3 times/year
Salary increases: Conducted based on performance
【Work Location】
Harumi Triton Square X‑Building 22F, 1‑8‑10 Harumi, Chuo‑ku, Tokyo
Nearest station: Kachidoki (Toei Oedo Line)
【Working Hours】
Flextime System (8 hours actual work)
- Start time: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- End time: 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Core hours (mandatory working hours): 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Average overtime: ~10 hours/month

Full two‑day weekends (Sat/Sun)
National holidays
Christmas & Lunar New Year leave (3 days selectable between Dec–Feb)

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of design systems
- Deep understanding of responsive design and best practices
- Experience designing and maintaining visual consistency across multiple brands and websites
- Business-level English proficiency
Nice to Have
- Conversational Japanese for day-to-day communication
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Liquid
- Strong file management and design workflow/process management skills
- Experience using data and insights to improve creative and design performance
- A flexible, proactive approach to adopting and leveraging AI tools in your workflow
