Salary depends on work experience, skills and abilities
・Annual salary revision in July
・The annual salary is inclusive of premium wages for 45 hours of overtime work and for 10 hours of nighttime work.
(Initial Assignment) Tokyo
(Scope of Variation) Headquarters and all domestic and international offices designated by the company (including locations for remote work implementation), and in the event of future secondments, all offices designated by the secondment destination
*The assignment of work locations and placements is determined based on considerations such as career and skill development, individual circumstances, and optimal distribution aligned with the company's business expansion.
Flexible Working Hours (Core Time: none)
Standard time (10:00 to 18:30)

Sundays, national holidays (together with the immediately following Monday if a national holiday falls on a Sunday), Saturdays, any other dates designated by the company (none at this time)
・Annual Paid Leave:
20 days per year, granted on July 1st. For those joining mid-year, the number of days will be provided on a pro-rata basis according to the start date.

Team: Student Recruitment Office
The Student Recruitment Office consists of about 13 members and oversees sales and marketing activities for our domestic market.
-The employee in this position will be seconded to the Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University.(GMS)
This is a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. You will develop the skills to adapt to change, determine what needs to be done in the moment, and manage tasks by setting your own priorities. GLOBIS employees have flexible working hours and are allowed remote work. In normal conditions, staff are asked to commute to the office twice a week. Typical working hours are 10:00-18:30, with a 1-hour lunch break. In this team, priority is placed on results over time spent working, and members are encouraged to work in a way that makes them comfortable and productive.
- Office days: 3 days a week
- Saturday and evening work: 2-3 times a month

With the aim of adapting to the organization and building relationships with colleagues, daily office attendance is the standard during the onboarding period (the first three months of employment).

Executes designated operations by demonstrating highly specialized skills with respect to specific operations that are important to the company.
