Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with field solution engineers and internal development teams to address customer challenges using deep technical expertise and product knowledge

Plan and execute application support for new SiPh solutions and enhancements to existing offerings

Develop and deliver technical training to field engineers and sales teams

Act as a bridge between customers and R&D by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of the solution portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years of experience in the test & measurement, semiconductor, or electronics industry

Hands-on experience with electrical measurement techniques and tools

Strong communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal)

Business-level proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher)

Proven ability to manage projects and execute plans effectively

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success

Global experience or exposure to international customers is a strong plus

Experiences with optical measurement, such as Tunable laser source, Polarization Synthesizer, Power meter, Optical switch are desirable.
